A quick thought about forgiveness. God offered it to you before you even knew you needed it. So now it's your turn to offer it to others.
Ephesians 4:32 (New Living Translation)
32 Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.
Here's another reminder to forgive.
Colossians 3:13 (NLT)
13 Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.
Did you hear that? You gotta forgive others. Jesus put it this way.
Mark 11:25 (NLT)
25 But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too.”
Matthew 6:14 (NLT)
14 “If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you."
You know what? Get past the grudge. We know it's hard, but take a chance and live in the freedom of forgiveness.
