How Not To Stop A Charging Bull

Adversity comes.
Oh, look! Here comes some now!
Don't be surprised when you see it coming.
Don't be discouraged when you sense its approach.

“Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you're a good person is like expecting a bull not to charge because you're vegetarian”
Jewish adage

The arrival of challenge, adversity, lousiness, opportunity all allow you to be able to share the hope that is within you.

15But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,

1 Peter 3:15

If no adversity ever crosses your path, how will you live out your calling?

Face it.

Be ready for it.

... Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes

... so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then,

Ephesians 6:10-18

Don't give up.
